The following contract is between Womble's Firehouse Fox Red Labradors (seller) and (buyer).

This agreement is made on this day of 20 .

The buyer agrees to purchase a Male Female Labrador Retriever from the litter of (dam) and (sire) whelped on (date) for the agreed purchase price of $ .

TERMS:

* This contract is not transferable to any other party for any reason.

* A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to place a "hold" on a specific puppy or "order of pick".

* There will be no refunds of the purchase price for any reason.

* All puppies are sold with an AKC Limited Registration unless specified by the seller. Seller reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time prior to the placement of the puppy for any reason. If the Seller does terminate the contract prior to the placement of the puppy, the deposit may be returned.

* The purchase price does not include the cost of shipping, shipping crates, health certificates or any other costs incurred to ship a puppy to a specific location.

* All expenses including veterinary expenses are the buyer's responsibility once the puppy is in the buyer's possession or the puppy leaves the care of the Seller for transport.

* Seller does not assume any liability for injury or sickness once the buyer takes possession or the puppy leaves the care of the Seller for transport.

* Seller warrants that the above described puppy is in good health visually, has been checked by a veterinarian for good health, and has all age-appropriate vaccination/deworming at the time buyer takes possession.

* Buyer agrees to have the above mentioned puppy spayed or neutered by the age of 12 months (unless sold with AKC Full Registration). Buyer understands that this puppy is sold as a pet/companion/service dog/gun-dog/field trial dog/hunting companion only and will not be used for breeding. This contract is null and void if puppy is found to have sired or whelped a litter.

* The buyer agrees to keep the puppy in good condition and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, deworming, and any/all other veterinarian recommended procedures to assure good health of the puppy. Womble's Firehouse Fox Red Labs can provide these recommendations on request.

* The buyer agrees to provide a suitable area for this puppy and to have adequate food, water, shelter, and a secure area.

* If at any time the buyer decides to relinquish ownership of this puppy for any reason, Womble's Firehouse Fox Red Labradors must be notified and given the opportunity to find suitable home for the dog.

* Buyer agrees to not surrender this dog to an animal shelter, pound, or any other K-9 rescue facility.

GUARANTEE:

* We guarantee your puppy will be non-affected by EIC (Exercise Induced Collapse), CNM (Centronuclear Myopathy), and PRA-prcd (Progressive Retinal Atrophy-progressive rod-cone atrophy).

* We guarantee your puppy against genetic hip and elbow dysplasia up until 26 months of age. The buyer understands and acknowledges that hip and elbow dysplasia can be caused by poor nutrition, over exercised, or injury (jumping in or out of a pick-up truck bed) and that the puppy in guaranteed to the extent of genetic hip and elbow dysplasia only.

* Seller does not guarantee against ANY health condition not stated in this contract.

* Seller must be notified prior to 26 months of age if your puppy is affected by any of the above stated disease.

* Veterinarian expenses and costs for OFA testing and all other testing are the buyers responsibility, and will not be reimbursed for any reason.

* This guarantee is for a replacement puppy of same gender and similar quality as soon as one becomes available and is not for the refund of money.

REPLACEMENT PUPPY TERMS:

1. Buyer notifies the seller immediately after such condition is diagnosed and prior to the puppy reaching the age of 26 months. If the puppy is deemed to have a genetic hip or elbow dysplasia by the OFA, or be affected by EIC, CNM, or PRA-prcd confirmed by DNA testing.

2. A copy of the OFA rating must be sent to the seller (for elbows and hips only). Test results for EIC, CNM, or PRA-prcd must be sent to seller if affected.

3. The puppy must not have whelped or sired a litter; limited registry puppies must be spayed or neutered by 12 months of age and accompanied by a written statement by a licensed veterinarian.

4. Puppy must be kept in good condition, proof of annual exams, and current on vet recommended vaccinations/deworming.

5. All tests and diagnosis will be verified by Womble's Firehouse Red Labs' own veterinarian.

If all of these terms are not met, this contract is deemed null and void. By signing this contract, the buyer acknowledges and understands the contents and has entered into this legal binding agreement freely.
